The Play Unlock has been the most impactful professional development programme that I have ever done. The three modules work beautifully together. The integration of My World View, the Leadership Circle Profile and the Shadow Work, results in greater than a 360-degree view. Now I have a frame and a process for going deeper, faster, allowing old patterns to unravel and dissolve and new insights to emerge. I am more finely tuned in to who I am, who I am able to be and how I show up. The leadership and strong guidance from Alyson & Adelle is inspiring. This course was recommended to me and having recently completed it, I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity. It was the perfect investment to reflect on how my inner world and subsequent behaviours are impacting how I am as a leader (and a person). The deep work was productively confronting and the refreshers on some tools, and the introduction of other new ones, was just what I needed to help me take steps forward. The facilitators do a wonderful job of holding the space for you, and for pushing you where needed.
