A Scot based in Christchurch New Zealand, Alyson has a flourishing double life that blends highly attuned leadership development with the creative complexity of music making. Her understanding of human development was shaped early through 15 years in music education and 26 years singing with an elite chamber choir. The discipline of ensemble performance, leaning into discomfort, navigating complexity, and trusting the collective, deeply informs her approach to leadership and team development.
She now brings over 24 years of experience in leadership development, change management, and behavioural transformation. She specialises in Vertical Development, enabling leaders to shift who they are in the moment to navigate complexity with agility and maturity. Alyson has designed and facilitated leadership programs across NZ and the UK, supporting leaders from emerging talent to the C-suite.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner in Team Coaching, and holds advanced certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, Growth Edge Coaching, Global Leadership Profile, and MyWorldView Profile.
