Adelle Richards BCom, CA
Based in Newcastle Australia, Adelle unique leadership profile features a more traditional corporate career in consulting with a parallel trajectory in the arts. She has built a strong business foundation that began with a successful consulting career at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she naturally developed deep, trusted relationships with her clients and consistently sought to add value.
In 2008, she became one of the founding partners of Leadership Circle Asia Pacific, a region of a global leadership development company. She was instrumental in its growth across Australia, Asia (particularly Japan, China, Singapore and South Korea), and further into Europe, Israel, UAE, and parts of Africa. From 2015 she was a member of the Global Executive Team, and from late 2019 held the role of Managing Director for LC APAC Community, Certification and Product.
In parallel, Adelle has a rich history as both a manager and performer in the theatre sector where over many years she has directed, produced and performed in a vast number of plays and musicals.
Adelle brings a beautiful blend of a lived leadership global career together with her 15+ years of knowledge and experience in the leadership development and coaching space.
